overview

JIN JINSEOK. Jin Jinseok, 21, former idol trainee, cartel druglord, vampire flunkie. He grew up under the care of a dozen maids waiting on him hand and foot, with everything he could have wanted put into his lap at his discretion. But trinkets and things only kept him entertained for so long, and attention is the thing he really craved. Not just from the maids, or his parents, or his classmates, but the entire world. Becoming an idol seemed like such a natural step to get that. But it definitely wasn't an easy one, and becoming an idol? Way harder than it looks. Jinseok had no natural talent for things like that, no matter how often he trained. He seemed much more preoccupied with his fellow pretty-faced idols, and would blow off practice to fool around with whatever pretty new thing took his fancy. The only thing keeping him from losing his contract were his substantial negotiating skills. Skills which he used frequently, and skills which caught the eye of an underling in South Korea's biggest drug export operation. Jinseok was plucked from his training and his practices, and thrown straight into the narcotics business. Initially, he was selling small time domestically, a few ounces and grams here and there, but it's amazing what you can do with your words, and how you can turn a one ounce sale into two, and two into four, and four into eight, and suddenly you're slinging more than you're given, and raking in more cash than your boss knows what to do with. You could say Jinseok got a promotion, and rather than trying to pawn off small measures within the borders, he was selling in tonnes to countries halfway around the world, with a team of traffickers to transport his exports and a security team to rival the president. All the security guards in the world wouldn't have been enough to protect him from one of Korea's oldest and most driven vampires though, and the memory of being drained dry is one he can't seem to forget, even when his blood has long stopped flowing. |
